@twill_94 Fair enough. Im not against kids getting off social media. I think we should have them not have phones or at least phones with call and text function only. Kills two birds with one stone.
Stops kids being on social media and Stops them being used in schools as distractions.
@twill_94 Also reason for kids to not be on social media:
Events that dont costs parents a fortune to go to.
Places for kids to go with activities.
Giving parents enough money to not have to slave away there life to spend time with said kids.
There are many avenues that we could go.
@twill_94 Its not only new accounts. As proven by other social media sites including video game platforms are asking existing accounts for verification.

JUST IN: UK Government clarifies adults will still be able to use social media by verifying their identities with digital IDs, facial recognition, passports and credit cards.
@twill_94 Like i said earlier there are millions of ways to protect kids. Without having to require adults to give over there privacy online.
Im not naive. Im realistic.
What the government should be doing is giving kids a reason to not be on social media.
@twill_94 Yes but im not actively adding my ID to anything other than government websites. Having a digital IDs isnt the problem.
Its having more vectors of data leaking thats one of my problems
@bethgabriel_ Well didnt bielsa say we do it to all the clubs? Or am I misremembering? But as soon as that rule went in after the shambles they did with us, why would you risk it once? Nevermind multiple times
