Happy #PrideMonth2023 I’m delighted to share a new brief I published on heart disease among #SexualMinority#Veterans (or LGBQ)
About 20% of LGBQ Veterans had ANY type of heart disease compared to about 14% of heterosexual Veterans. Disparities existed in females.
I am recruiting for an online mental health community for LGBTQ+ young adults of color* (18 to 29). The community will be a 30-day intervention focusing on the well-being of LGBTQ+ people of color using daily permission slips for oneself.
