Last night Vikram got to see @ThePianoGuys in concert and take this picture after the show. When we got up to take the picture, I blurted out that he played both piano and cello. And he softly whispered “I write music too”.
And he should also know that when they played #allofme, we sat in the audience, transformed and transfixed. It is a song that I’ve posted about numerous times - one that got us through the early pandemic and is always Vikram’s go to song when he needs a show stopper.
First Model UN experience at #WMHMUN XXXVII, serving on a novice committee - “Rising Tides…The Sinking of Jakarta”. Received “Best Delegate” representing @airlangga_hrt, Minister for Econ Affairs of Indonesia. Very exciting start to his #MUN career! @capehenry#whychc
Thank you @WHRO and @capehenry’s Mr. Logan for supporting Vikram as he debuted his original song “Midnight” at classical open mic tonight. Excerpts in the comments! #whro#whychc
Practicing his original composition #Midnight for its debut at @WHRO open mic on Saturday. Come out to hear the rest of the song along with a ton of talented musicians! https://t.co/jMjqHr2QkX
@mcuban is out here #SAVINGLIVES. My patient couldn’t afford $1800/month for meds he needs (because who can?). But doesn’t think it’s a big enough deal to apply for patient assistance because he “feels fine”. #costplusdrugs to the rescue. $21/month. THANK YOU.
@willtragert Add this to the list of things I wish I could impart to children that many adults wish they had more time to do- read, sleep, play, be outside. I confess that I have been known to leave a book on my teen’s desk with a nonchalant “look what I picked up for you…”.
@LibbyApp Here is an idea. Just finished #Wrongplacewrongtime by @GillianMAuthor (recommended by my favorite reading buddy @meredethhoward). I really wish I could send a little message to the next reader in queue. Like “Cancel everything and buckle up!” /1
@willtragert @HarvardMagazine Would love to see this date further broken down by race and gender identity. So if we aren’t serving our students- who are we losing and where? And why?
