JUST IN. Philippine Ambassador to The Netherlands J. Eduardo Malaya confirms to PNA on Thursday (March 13, 2025) that former president Rodrigo Duterte would not be brought to any local Dutch court.

The former chief executive is currently in the custody of the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the ICC Detention Center in The Hague.
