wann will Deutschland wieder Pionier werden ??? @PSchnieder@BMV
@oscar_puente_ como van esos trámites?
@nytimes Why do you do this?
Why publish a headline that presents an unverified assumption as if it were an established fact? If there is no confirmed evidence that Autopilot was engaged, why immediately associate a tragic accident with Tesla’s technology instead of waiting for the investigation to conclude?
Tesla is an American company that has changed an entire industry. It accelerated the transition to electric vehicles, created hundreds of thousands of jobs, inspired competitors to innovate and invested billions in technologies designed to make roads safer. Whether someone likes Elon Musk or not should have no influence on objective reporting.
Every fatal accident deserves serious coverage and every victim deserves respect. But journalism also carries the responsibility to distinguish between facts and speculation. Headlines shape public opinion, and once a reputation is damaged, a later correction rarely reaches the same audience.
Why damage the name of an American company before the facts are known? Hold Tesla accountable when the evidence justifies it, but not before.
I expect an answer, and I hope this post is shared widely until the New York Times responds. @aelluswamy@elonmusk@SawyerMerritt@teslaeurope
Shame on the @nytimes for wording this headline today to make it sound like it's already an established fact that Autopilot was on. There is literally zero evidence thus far that Autopilot was on.

You’re still looking only at construction costs. The Santiago Bernabéu is the result of nearly 80 years of continuous investment, modernization, expansion, and infrastructure development. Every renovation, every upgrade, and every improvement has added value to the asset. The latest €1.7 billion project is only the newest chapter, not the total investment. Comparing that figure to the cost of a brand new stadium built on an empty site is comparing two completely different things.

The 1.7 billion euro renovation costs for the Bernabéu cover only the renovation expenses. Not included in this figure are the existing stadium structure, the infrastructure that has developed over decades, and the land in the heart of Madrid, which alone is worth several billion. The SoFi Stadium was built on a completely different plot of land, and the stated costs cover a completely new development. In terms of asset value, the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is very likely the most expensive stadium in the world.
I'm sorry, but you're trying to make this too emotional, even though we're talking about facts here.
You say the SoFi Stadium is the most expensive in the world. I disagree, and here are my specific reasons: its unique location, the enormous value of the land, the fact that it houses only a stadium, the renovation costing more than 1.5 billion euros instead of a completely new build, the existing infrastructure, and the technology installed there.
That is exactly why I believe the Santiago Bernabéu is more valuable overall than the SoFi Stadium.
