Airbnb admitted the host failed to disclose a major safety issue, that our stay didn’t meet their standards, and even said my request for a full refund was absolutely reasonable.

@AirbnbHelp just received another call from Airbnb stating that they could not offer more than a 30% refund after giving us the runaround for a week. The was an owner known bug infestation.
