@royal_canal While completing the survey, I was very surprised to find out boats are not mentioned anywhere in there. I travel the whole length of the Royal Canal by boat each year. Although a minority of visitors use this mode of transport is rather important to be acknowledged accordingly

@alan9brid @UPS_Ireland Lesson learned Alan. I won’t be using them anymore, hours waiting over the phone to be told nothing or empty promises. Hope you get it soon. My registered package was dropped with a neighbour when I was home all the time disgraceful
Very disappointed with @UPS_Ireland . Got sent an urgent parcel on May 28th because thought to be faster than standard post, still waiting for it. After 1 hour on the phone waiting for 'customer care' no updates beyond what's visible online #NeverAgainUPS
delivery attempt is not correct as I have been working from home full time. Asked to get a call from the driver to verify the address but apparently UPS does not give business phones to their drivers (even the pizza delivery guy has a business phone nowadays)
