None of these issues were on the cards on initial order scans. @natsturner thoughts? I have spent tens of thousands at PSA deserve answers

@BreakerCulture Ty has this ever happened to you? PSA gets coffee spots on my card, gives it an 8, I submit a request for them to look at damage, they ignored, sent them the pics a 2nd time, and now they’re cleaning it without permission?

@BreakerCulture @HobbyChamps Their policy isn’t hidden, the way they enforce it is. They pick & choose who & how much w/ no consistency. Saying to go somewhere else is obtuse. I’m not leaving money on the table bc they suck at one thing. They’re allowed to be mkt leaders & have business faults! address it

@itsgeoffwilson PSA's numbers are growing IN SPITE OF upcharges, not because of them. Their market position has nothing to do with whether they should maintain ethical, non-predatory, non-conflict-of-interest business practices in all forms.

@vanexel31 @PJBURT2 There’s more pressure put elsewhere if you do lock your ankles up too tight with a brace or tape and land in a way that should sprain your ankle, that twist can reverb up to your knee and cause bigger problems.

@joeeluff @DrJesseMorse There’s a few reasons. Rehab is longer because the cartilage is more delicate. You don’t bear weight for 6-10 weeks unlike ACL. Procedures are less refined than typical ligament surgeries, best practices are still being learned. Severity is everything. -prior OATS patient
