@ASK_HM17 @SocietyHospMed @ACOMEDU The patient had no history of A fib. The patient had "aortic problems" as a child which was treated non surgically and was not followed up as an adult. This is a representative EKG based on detailed notes in the chart; however, the original pre-hospital EKG was not available.
