@ProfDBernstein @deb_fillman It may also be violating FARA disclosure requirements if it’s accepting foreign funds and using those funds to impact US public policy and opinion. In the 1980s, it was the use of this disclosure requirement that was used by @TheJusticeDept to cut off funding to the IRA.
