@TMobile what's with never having enough of the T-Mobile Tuesdays goodies? Last year I could get them at almost any of your stores. Now I have to drive 40 min to be told they ran out in the first hour of the day

@Asst_to_the_RM Yeah tape had one of our young Captains at 22%. There is no way in hell he's fatter than me. I'd be his inbody would be much closer to the truth.

@Asst_to_the_RM AWC, you likely went through our sister SLS program at the SGM Academy.

Average is 2.3% higher on the inbody, though we usually have a handful of folks that are like yours, or even the opposite direction.

A lot of folks think the inbody will save them. It probably won't

@Asst_to_the_RM I'm gonna hazard a guess and say the inbody has you at 2ish % higher BF than what tape says.

That seems to be about the average for what I've seen from our data here

@Asst_to_the_RM Fought with them for like 6 months when they did that emergency BAH increase. Turned in all the paperwork before I PCSed. They of course kicked it back because I wasn't stationed there. Nevermind the mountain of accompanying paperwork. 🙄 loved Co Springs, but F Ft. Carson

@ConResponse @ronnieadkins Yeah, it made for an easy beginner lesson with scouts. They had a range already set up etc. Then we move onto my rifles and other stuff on our own.
