Fees/fines must be paid in cash or by money order. Teachers will submit any final fees/fines by May 22 and those will be entered into PowerSchool as soon as possible. Please check at the end of the day, May 23 to make sure your fines are resolved.

We will continue the dismissal tradition with the senior class of 2019: ​ The Senior Exit Walk​ . We will play a medley of farewell tunes as seniors are dismissed after their last exam 3​rd​ hour. Students will be dismissed at 10:51 BY ANNOUNCEMENT to the PAC.

Students should not return to campus once the senior exit walk is complete (until May 29 for cap & gown pick up). You will be GRADUATES, and that means that you are no longer students. If you need to return to campus to pay fees/fines, please report to the east main office.

In order to accommodate dismissal, we will need to adjust the schedule. For the first 3 hours, we will follow the regular bell schedule. Once seniors have exited, we will follow the adjusted bell schedule. This leaves 10:51-11:09 for the Senior Exit Walk

We are inviting teachers to allow 9-11 grade students to assemble at/near the doorways or entrance to hallways to wave good-bye to their friends as seniors exit the building. The intent is to acknowledge your hard work and say good-bye in a respectful and honoring way.

. Please move quickly to the PAC and line up. We will hand out senior medals and begin the walk as soon as possible once students arrive to the PAC lobby.

Cap decorating: IF YOU MUST, then keep it subtle and tasteful and focused on your next academic adventure (college or certification program). There should be nothing hanging or dangling from your cap.

Wednesday, May 29 3:00pm-4:00pm: Senior Check-Out
Fees & Fines cleared in the west gym from 3:00-3:45pm. Please arrive by 3:00 to make sure we get everyone through check-out and conduct the honors rehearsal. Please park and enter by the west gym out of the bus loop area.

Pick up cap & gown at the concession stand after receiving the all clear card with your name on it. Honor Cords, pins, etc. at west concession stand as well
Honors Rehearsal: we hope to begin at 4; will start as quickly as possible once all students receive their cap & gown.

Buses will leave LHS by 1:00 for the Elementary Graduation Walk, and return by 2:30.
Only students who are participating in the Graduation Walk may complete check-out before 1:00.

Honors Night will be held on May 29th in the PAC at 7:00pm. Graduation will be held at EMU on Friday, May 31st at the Convocation Center at 7:00pm plan to arrive by 6. Rehearsal will be from noon to 1:00pm. BE ON TIME AND PAY ATTENTION- we need to move in a timely manner.

Prom is on May 4th, 2019. Tickets will be on sale during both lunches in the East Concession stand from April 22nd to May 3rd. Tickets are $60 each. Guest pass applications are available for pick-up in the LHS Main Office and are due by 3 p.m. on May 1st - NO EXCEPTIONS!
