@CFHInitiative Most of the regulations are in place. From Constitutional provisions, to acts of parliament and government policies. Past governments have reserved some appointive positions for women. The problem remain gender role play and cultural factors. Culture CHANGE is slow #ChatwithCHFI

@CFHInitiative Even if Nigerian women change there mindset they cannot win elections without very little resources or without being sponsored. That is why we remain at 5%. Women need help. #chatwithCHFI

@CFHInitiative Cultural factors rather unequal opportunities create the gender gap. Gender role play is also a factor. Affirmative action where seats are reserved for women is the only solution. Learn from other countries that practiced this type of affirmative action #chatwithCHFI
