This alarming chart published recently in Newsday tracks the increasing price of single-family homes on Long Island. These record-setting median sale prices show that it is necessary for our region to increase the variety of housing options we have available.
This week was the annual fishing trip of our charitable partner, @LIHBC_. Together, home builders and members of the trade were able to have fun while raising money to give back to the community.
