Every year all libraries in Nottinghamshire take part in the national Summer Reading Challenge. Children, aged 4 – 11, are challenged to read 6 books over the summer holidays. Over 760,000 children took part in the challenge in 2017.

There are several libraries in Nottinghamshire looking for volunteers. You choose which library you want to volunteer in.
We ask that you try to commit at least 12 - 15 hours (but you can do more!) during the school summer holidays:
26 July 2018 – 3 September 2018
