Both are heavily reliant on relational currency... meaning they each require an investment before you can make a withdrawal.

Summer is one of my favorite seasons, as I often find that rest comes easier. Quality rest begets quality work. Here are a few ways I like to press "reset". 1) Find gratitude in the present. 2) Meditate, practice emotional Awareness. 3) Movement (go for a walk). And 4) Self-Care.
May today you be reminded that how we treat one another will shape not only the future of this country but the world. As a leader, it is our responsibility to be advocates for change and leave the world in a better place. #YouCanLead
In honor of International Joke Day, today I want to give you permission to take yourself a little less serious.
We are all uniquely called to lead and change the world. - Dr. V

The quality of our decisions improves the quality of our lives. it is our consciousness that dictates our decisions. It is the key to managing external events by analyzing, filtering and comparing our experiences with our beliefs, core values, biases, judgements, and assumptions.
Our actions and behaviors throughout life are only the tip of the iceberg. It is our consciousness beneath the surface that drives us, and that consciousness is fueled by our principles, core values, assumptions, and beliefs. It directs how we show up, step up, and speak out.
Consciousness and responsibility intersect at intentionality and integrity, that is ensuring that your actions, behaviors, and decisions are deliberately and purposefully aligned to your beliefs and values.
How are you implementing these concepts in your life?
Although the concept of leadership is ever-evolving, there is one ask of leaders that stands the test of time. People desire to be led by someone in tune with themselves AND the world around them, and that itself is impossible without INTEGRITY, AUTHENTICITY, and ACCOUNTABILITY.
In the words of my sweet granddaughter, "Mimi, I'm getting bigger, bigger, BIGGER!"
It takes courage to think bigger, but I challenge you to determine what's holding you back, work to overcome it, and take that leap.
