It’s a shame the Spurs don’t have a 7’ 4” center who they could just feed the ball to inside instead of clanking three pointers.
Congratulations San Antonio.
Thank you @CanadiensMTL for one of the most enjoyable seasons in many years. While this series has been incredibly disappointing, it’s been a fun ride with so many highs. Looking forward to taking the next step in 2026/27. Merci.

Just an observation before the Stanley Cup final next week, I wouldn’t challenge any goal for goalie interference. The league doesn’t want to overturn goals. That’s the base sentiment. Evidence has to be so overwhelming. Why risk it. I don’t blame Martin St. Louis, it’s desperation time tonight for his team. More a comment for the Cup final.
@Habsfan31YAC I’m not a big fan of it either, but we need to do it to gain the zone and wear out the Carolina D. If Habs can win game 5, anything is possible.
It’s clear that Montreal cannot effectively carry the puck into the Carolina zone + are committing turnovers that are allowing the Canes to only play 50% of the ice. Why not get over the red line, dump the puck, and force the Canes D to have to work to retrieve it?
