LAWMA Project WISE (Central), in collaboration with @LAGESCOfficial and OP MESA, carried out a special joint operation against indiscriminate refuse disposal, illegal dumpsites, and unlawful trading activities along Airport Road.

The operation tagged “Zero Tolerance”, with enforcement activities is being intensified across identified black spots within the axis.

The Executive Chairman of Lagos Island, Hon. Taiwo Oyekan, alongside his team, embarked on an environmental inspection tour across key markets in Lagos Island — including Idumota, Olowogbowo, Oke arin, Oju Obun, Apongbon, Sandgrouse, and several others.

This initiative is aimed at promoting cleanliness and ensuring the free flow of water through the drainage systems, reinforcing the administration’s commitment to a cleaner, healthier Lagos Island.

Today, I inspected the ongoing drainage and canal desilting exercise in Ebute-Ero community.

The council authority will construct more drainage systems to curb flooding.

LSJTF paid a courtesy visit to my office over the clash between two salesmen at Oluwole Urban Mall yesterday,which resulted in the death of one of them and public disturbance.
My admin will continue to collaborate with security agencies & CDAs to resolve local security issues.

Earlier today,I visited the proposed project site for the construction of a mini fire service station at Olowogbowo community
Upon completion,the fire station will serve as a central base for firefighters to respond rapidly to fire outbreak,emergencies, protect lives & property

Today,I inspected the ongoing rehabilitation of Olowogbowo methodist Pry school.
As an advocate of qualitative education,my administration will continue to provide a safer and conducive environment for learning.

In continuation of my weekly environmental sanitation exercise inspection,the vice chairman,Hon. Olatunji Folami represented me to monitor progress of the ongoing drainage desilting in Savage street,Olowogbowo community.Most of the drainages have been desilted & waste evacuated

I led the management of the Lagos Island local govt education authority to identify the basic and remote needs of three Primary schools ahead of resumption.
The educational intervention was mapped out to upscale enrollment and provide a conducive learning environment for pupils.
