I am not joking when I say this.

Spotify, Apple Music, and streaming in general is over.

AI music is now very, very good. You just don't know yet because all AI music circulating today is from ~2-3 generations ago.

Suno v6 pro et al has solved infinite personalized music.

the problem (i think) is that memetic valence depends on rapidly shifting cultural contexts as well as the social graph / network strength of the memes initial appearance. by the time you’ve measured, processed, trained, whatever, the context is likely to have shifted. probably a lot of chaos in the dynamics, a lot that is unpredictable. i think we would have gotten further at this point if there was much predictability in it; instead predictability was found in simple “hooks” and narrative / cognitive exploits. u might want to check sal hagen and daniel dezeeuw’s digital rhythmanalysis work tho.

i dont think a guy with a signature like greg brockman should be allowed anywhere near computers or actually any machinery of any kind

he shouldnt be allowed to drive not even a lawnmower look at his signature

now look at jensen huang i mean wow its beautiful powerful its the signature u want in a dad jensen huang is now "america's dad"

@ryder_ripps like signatures execute the founding of new nations and the ending of wars, in what world are signatures trivial?? certainly not the human world.

[𝕷𝖎𝖑 𝕴𝖓𝖙𝖊𝖗𝖓𝖊𝖙 | 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗦 🎲🎲 @LILINTERNET]

that’s not what u said. u said signatures are goofy and it’s high IQ not to care about them. u can make an argument about the effectiveness of the signature in differentiating the signer, or maybe that it's brockman expressing the relative triviality of human expression in his post-humanist viewpoint or something, but this only validates the signature's communicative form. of course it’s divergence, divergence due to evolutionary pressure within a lossy, discrete, instrumental and alien environment, one simulated with fundamentally different physics from those that shaped 4 billion years of organic evolution, hence ontologically alien. for a steward of such an environment—one that could either usher in a new age of civilizational and ecological flourishing or lead to extinction through desertification with sand and silicon—it is an incredible act of carelessness and hubris to trivialize something as essential to human history and identity as the signature, not to mention deeply unserious.

Hexumlite started CRASHING OUT about the blackpill after repeatedly getting rejected while cold approaching 💀

“I’m starting to get pissed the f-ck off not gonna lie to you, because at the end of the day if it was a 6’8” f-cking Chad that asked you that you would figure out a way to hang out so I’m a little f-cking pissed. Not at you but at the whole f-cking blackpill itself. You know what blackpill is?”
