@WayfairUK my order is over a week late, I have missed two days of work waiting for deliverys that don't show up for an order I have paid for. Unless this issue is sorted by Friday 6th May 2022 I will be charging 10% interest every day on what I have paid

Sorry I haven’t been able to reply to everyone who asked me for help today. Here are my 6 bits of advice on refunds
1) Ask for a cash refund in writing. Then wait, if you can (more in tweet 6 if desperate). Calling/emailing many times probably won't work but will make you upset.
@roryboland@TeletextHoliday apologised for overcharging me in writing and said again in writing they would refund my payments, then changed their minds and are now refusing
@WhichUK @TeletextLies Was supposed to fly to Dubai at the end of March. @TeletextHoliday are refusing to refund and have said they need money back from suppliers first which goes against section 11.2 of their T&Cs. Trying to get money back through bank.
