@TheAA_UK All sent to you with my details. Ant resolution appreciated as my £45 cheque was apparently coming over 6 weeks ago. Thanks

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK any news on my complaint being resolved? Still heard nothing?

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

Still waiting for a reply, just shows how bad it must be to have an8 week wait time @TheAA_UK shocking.

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK Sure will send them over

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK [email protected] they replied asking for them over 5 weeks ago and someone said they saw my emails last week but still waiting. Any help appreciated

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK 3 times about 4 weeks ago

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK 11th Aug AA replied to my complaint after weeks still waiting for the follow up, seriously why so long to resolve? That many complaints?

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@LINDAYIANNI Our Customer Solutions team are working through cases in time order, and will be in contact as soon as they can.

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK Yep won't let me DM you no idea why.

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK It just doesn't send, I resent my complaint email again yesterday so here is hoping I get a reply soon as waiting to cancel my policy once speaking to someone

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK the worst roadside support I have had to endure. If you cannot offer a good service then stop taking people's money. 6 hour wait, a further 6 hour wait for a tow. 1 hour to then speak to the worst customer service agent. Maybe I'll get a reply to my complaint email

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK Unfortunately it won't let me message you my details. I have tried to DM them.

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@TheAA_UK My breakdown was 2 weeks ago, still waiting for a reply.

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@btsportmotogp just wanted to watch the GP on catch up and what do I see the winner of the race. Why on earth would you say who wins? What is the point in that?! At least put the GP race and further down put the result.

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@fuzzysemi I know what an honour, the show must go on as they say :)

[Motogirl @LINDAYIANNI]

@ValeYellow46 I will forever be grateful for the passion you helped me grow. I'll forever treasure this photos that millions couldn't get ❤💕💋
