@THETOMMYDREAMER Just when I thought I could like you anymore (in a platonic way), stirfrys are awesome! I prefer mine with fresh egg noodles (produce section ones) bean sprouts, sugar snap peas and peppers really adds taste and bulks it up a bit without adding many kcals

For shows technically we should have our own insurance as “athletes” if it’s stated in paper work (which there wasn’t any), outside of that, it’s down to the promoter especially for the training side of things.
