Hey everyone! Just wanted to leave this post here saying that this account has officially moved to @KajoorLLC .
The official rebrand has changed Living Intentionally to Kajoor - the Marshallese word for strength. Follow that account for company updates and meaningful posts!
@audrlo I think more than physics problems are solved with it's principles.
Thermodynamics can be used to lose weight (calories in vs calories out).
Motion and momentum can be used to accomplish goals and tasks (object in motion will stay in motion).
@NicoleLewisLCSW Some of the ones that I have talked to say that they don't like addressing serious trauma without having the resources to support a "1 step forward 2 steps back" situation.
Idk, might be a cop out answer to just not do something they don't want to do lol
A little fresh air can go a long way ☀️ Step outside today and take a deep breath. Spending time in nature can help boost your mental well-being and bring a sense of calm.
What? Could it be? Am I back?
Take it to the bank mamajama...Living Intentionally is back!!
I've spent the last long while away from social media to pursue developing other parts of it.
I am SO excited to show everyone what I've been working on! Coming soon!!!
Made a post recently expressing my gratitude for some time I had spent with my brother in the past
The first comment it got told me and my family to "f*** right off" and then they blocked me so I couldn't respond
What is this world man ahaha
There any books where quotes like this come from?
I'd love to read more than just a compilation of quotes if there are better resources out there with content like this
@yogamystique I had recently posted something where someone left the reply for me and my family to "f*** right off" ahaha
I love seeing your kind of positivity at the top of my feed :)
I took this picture in the Summer of 2023 when my brother and his young family trekked across the country to come see me in Idaho.
The time that he put in to see me and to be a part of the life that I live out here meant everything to me, and every time I look at this photo I am reminded of the time that we got to spend together.
Living your life with intention can mean different things at different times of your life, week, and even your day to day.
Some days to me it means waking up early so that I can go to the gym, others it involves me sleeping in to make sure my body is getting the rest that it needs.
Hardly any intentional goal you set for your life will mean the same to you as you move forward, and that's okay!
Living intentionally isn't about knowing what things are going to look like in the future, we're not prophets.
It is about having confidence in what things are going to look like tomorrow based on the choices we make today.
