@Tezull@Mikejon1424019@2KIntel Yes, the Olympics as a whole but not all sports under the Olympics are watched worldwide compared to other popular sports. Like I said, basketball is not really a popular sport outside a few countries.
@HanleyKegan@Tezull@Mikejon1424019@2KIntel Where I live, the only way you'll find someone watching the Olympics is when our own teams are participating & even then it's mostly only in those selective competitions. There's just too many sports to watch, so it doesn't mean all viewers watch basketball.
@Randysaloser@2KIntel Travel around the world & see for yourself. Yes, basketball is global but most people have no time to watch leagues outside their own local competitions unlike it's with let's say football.
@Tezull@ToxicGod105@2KIntel Or it's as simple as not making guns available to anyone. If guns where that easily accessible in my country maybe we would be experiencing the same or even worse because one lunatic with a gun has the power to kill scores of people.
@DiscountDabber@2KIntel Then either you've never been to school, or they don't teach you anything outside your own country. You don't even have to visit a country to know of its existence—that's what geography is for.
@Tezull@Mikejon1424019@2KIntel Be honest, when was the last time you met anyone who was looking forward to watch the Olympics? I would even argue that the European CL is far more popular than that competition. Basketball is barely a thing outside a few countries. Music from the USA is everywhere.
@ToxicGod105@2KIntel What's funny? My country is far more secure than certain major nations where daily gun violence makes it seem as though human life is cheap, especially that of people who look like me.
@Mikejon1424019@2KIntel The World Cup is called the World Cup because it is accessible and known in every country on earth. Calling something that is only available in a couple of countries 'worldwide' is a misuse of the word.
@yamuvahsfav@2KIntel The main point is that US music is recognized almost everywhere in the world. It’s as straightforward as that & not what you're talking about.
@lulanzeashirafu Since when did nuns start going door to door to preach? Lmao. I know the video is just a skit, but this one really makes no sense at all.
