@deathbysuzy I don't trust the highstreet stuff. It's mega bucks for no percentage. I use crystals which can be made into oil, vaped, cooked with etc. CBD helps muscle relaxation & to de-stress. This then helps with chronic pain, insomnia & long term health issues. Did wonders for my Crohns
