Thanks for your critique, Janet. We actually tried a couple of episodes where House (Hugh Laurie) (please put the brackets in the right place) gets it right first time, but they were only 6 minutes long. NBC weren’t happy. Then we tried some where House never gets it right and the patient dies. The audience wasn’t happy.
One could apply your trenchant analysis to other art forms: JS Bach wrote 30 Goldberg variations on the same chord structure; Frida Kahlo painted 50 portraits of herself; Henry Moore, what??
The point is, or was, variations on a theme; if all you see is hospital, medical blah blah, then it wasn’t meant for you.
Nonetheless, I look forward to your first novel!
Ford’s hatred for Toronto has no limits. He introduced a bill to take over the city’s portion of Billy Bishop Airport and Little Norway Park. A 2.4 hectare park at Bathurst St and Queens Quay West with a ball diamond, wading pool, playground, public art & walking paths. The province is not a signatory to the tripartite agreement over the airport. It’s owned 2/3 by the feds and 1/3 by the city. Call your Liberal MP and tell them to help us stop Ford from paving over the lake and green space!
Advice columns are all about telling people how to confront directly (yet politely) the perpetrator, when really they just want to avoid confrontation at all costs but get the same result.
@ShimonaGordon@ronsterd89 It sure does. It says the couple know what they want, have their reasons, and are comfortable setting boundaries. They may actually adore children, but want an adult atmosphere.
@jamespAWFC1@pitacilina@ronsterd89 James? You have an energetic mind. You wouldn’t run around, cry, or kick your legs against the chair … or would you?
@MyTerminalList@ronsterd89 If a teacher or doctor had difficult news for your offspring, would you say “tell that to my kids?” And you were willfully rude to the MOH and you know it.
