This is how Jack Smith lies….
He wasn’t appointed by “the President Trump Administration” to The Hague.
He was appointed by a career bureaucrat at DoJ named Bruce Swartz.
Bruce also tipped off Jack Smith that Hashim Thaci (the then sitting President of Kosovo) was on his way to the White House in the summer of 2020 to sign an agreement that would start the process of getting rid of the Kosovo Hague Court (meaning, an end to Jack Smith’s job at The Hague).
Jack Smith immediately arrested Hashim Thaci.
Jack Smith is a partisan Trump hater…it’s silly to think he isn’t.
Depositions are set to begin this week in another significant First Amendment case involving our newsroom: Matthew Tyrmand v. James O’Keefe.
As we’ve been reporting on this case, Tyrmand is a former Project Veritas board member who voted to remove me from the company I founded.
Now, he is alleging “domestic violence stalking” in a Florida court arising from our publication of an investigative report concerning statements he allegedly made during an encounter with a woman in Miami.
In that reporting, Tyrmand was recorded making a number of extraordinary statements. Among them, he said he had acted as an informant for the Southern District of New York in matters involving conservative figures and claimed connections to the intelligence community. He also made violent statements about me, including that he wanted to “kill James O’Keefe” and, previously, to “carve out James O’Keefe’s heart and eat it in front of him.”
Our reporting also captured Tyrmand discussing pharmaceutical investments and expressing concern that disclosing details of those deals could jeopardize his broker’s license and potentially conflict with confidentiality obligations.
@OKeefeMedia stands by its reporting.
There is a profound irony in a former Project Veritas board member now pursuing claims that directly implicate freedom of the press and the First Amendment.
And as discovery moves forward, the evidence will also examine an extraordinary contradiction at the center of this case: while Tyrmand accuses me of stalking and harassment, the record includes repeated stalking and threats initiated by Tyrmand toward me, including numerous obscene messages he sent to both myself and my employees.
Depositions begin this week.

Former Congresswoman Liz Cheney's husband has filed for divorce after the sordid details of her "months-long tryst" with Congressman Jamie Raskin came out in discovery in a lawsuit against the January 6 Unselect Committee.
According to filed documents, Raskin and Cheney conspired to form the committee to hide their relationship, spending countless hours alone together "investigating" the Nancy Pelosi op.
Cheney, who is worth $180 million due to her late father's defense contractor holdings, stands to lose half under Wyoming law.
Raski is facing similar challenges with his marriage as well. Couldn't happen to a better B...
Felicia Hambrick was babysitting her best friend’s three kids in Tacoma when the family’s pit bull suddenly attacked.
She was holding the 8-month-old baby when the dog knocked her to the floor.
Felicia curled her body around the baby and refused to let go.
She was bitten over and over on her arms, legs, stomach and neck, but she kept herself between the dog and the child the entire time.
The baby was never bitten once.
Felicia spent five days in the hospital and needed 94 staples to close her wounds.
She took the full force of that attack so someone else’s baby wouldn’t have to.
That is what a hero looks like.
Sunny Hostin on case of baby dying in hot car after being left for 7 hours,
"I left my daughter when she was 14 months old in the back of our car. It was a hot July day... She was fine, but I will tell you I'm still ashamed about it. I'm embarrassed... I can see how someone could do this."
This is exactly an example of what I find really disturbing. A TV commentator is making a case how this is a "relatable" mistake to do
There is an enormous difference between a 5 minute mistake and a child being left for 7 HOURS. There is no excuse there
Gas prices are high in Michigan. But Michigan gas prices are higher than states like Virginia because Gov. Gretchen Whitmer raised the state gas tax from 31 cents to 52.4 cents per gallon this year.
The program had high standards. The drill sargeant however was ridiculous and abusive. She made a habit of belittling students in front of drs, nurses, patients, and family members. The same statements in a more private setting would have been borderline professional. She was a liability.
I was so unimpressed I laughed while the other students, but not to her face.
She penalized me for missing a day of school when I brought an ER excuse because my oldest went for care. I tried to hand her the paperwork when she didn’t believe me, and she wouldn’t take it for “privacy law reasons.” I told her she was absolutely ridiculous because I could prove I was at the ER and she refused to believe me or take my proof.
She was demoted and being sued shortly after the incident, which was unrelated to me…. Just related to her terrible leadership.
@Sassafrass_84 I used to laugh at my nursing instructor. She was an ex navy drill sargeant who liked to break people. She made everyone cry. She didn’t scare me a bit- I enjoyed the show.
