The results might be better by just sticking with in form players as often as possible. A player can play amazing one game then be on the bench the following match. As for leaving the top scorer on the bench for 75mins. Nuts. I'm a fan of KM, but this felt like an error. #itfc
A timely interview from @sammorsy08 with a message to unite the fans and get behind the team for the game. The right person to deliver it. A win today would bring back belief for the rest of the season. Its got the potential of a classic. Town to edge it 2-1. #itfc
Great game for a 0-0. Both sides were very competitive. I thought Towen had the better of the chances and just edged it. Luongo was neat and tidy when he came on, Leigh was much more positive running with the ball and Jackson had a very good game. 👏👏👏#itfc
@markdbliss Exactly. How to make that happen will be hard as the pressure rises, but the players are easily good enough. Getting back to a winning mentality is key. Lost it after Charlton. When we won boxing day it was polite clapping afterwards, when it should have been punching the air.
No need to change anything imo. Creating big chances isn't the problem, its not taking enough of them, so the style of football works in 90% of games. Take just a couple more a game, with much stronger defending it'll bring more wins. Big game tomorrow night. Town win 3-1. #itfc
Are we consistently creating way more chances than the opposition at a historically title winning rate? Yes.
Are we ruthless enough in both boxes to convert that at this current time? No.
Do we need to completely change our approach? Absolutely not.
