Lauren Vale was 2nd in Ladies Individuals, Ladies Team were ranked 4th in the UK and Mixed Team reached top 8 in the UK 🤙

First full season as a FT Performance Nutritionist in the WSL ✅ Now that's pretty mad tbh!

The driver is to change female perceptions and attitudes towards carbohydrates and fuelling. We have made a huge dent in that this season.

They trust me and I cannot wait for 22/23!
