As a committee we have been doing suicide prevention training. Everyone and anyone can do the same..research and take the training/ course yourself. The sessions are not long, it is all online and the information is so vital. Go check out Zero Suicide Alliance to do so ๐

I was able to cook dinner for 5 girls last night. It was so easy to make and tasted amazing. Everyone loved it. We canโt wait to try this again in the future!
