@pradip103 Permitted use of basement can not be for residential purpose. It can be used only for storage/Dark Room/Strong rooms/ Machines, equipment used for services/Parking place/stack rooms of libraries/commercial use with certain conditions. It's a clear violation by Coaching centre.
