@breezaddyy I've had some good and bad of both - If I had to choose, I'd pick female because I find there to be a better level of understanding regarding personal issues, sexism, etc. However, I'd rather have a good boss in general, even if male, than a female boss just because.

@TheUncorkedLib I converted all of my recipe lists to Create Lists and then decided to convert them all back because the RPM went significantly down (so much work!)... the Create Lists tend to look better, but if you're concerned about RPM, I wouldn't recommend.
