@Primewave96 When that black curtain comes up, that’s it for the horse. It got up just before it was gonna be lights out for it. Race horses are treated like nothing more than equipment. And when they out with their usefulness, most of them are slaughtered…or eaten.

@timburchett These horses are horribly treated. They don’t get a day off and there’s no retirement for them out in the in the country either. They never know what it’s like to run free even for an hour.

@KobeissiLetter All this getting tough with China should’ve waited until we could at least make an antibiotic and insulin on our own. It’s scary how dependent we are on China for essential things. Right now they are the cat and we are the mouse. We just don’t realize it yet.

@TheMarkleMatrix @FFT1776 Dogs are packed animals. It is agony for them to be alone. People should think about that and either have a second dog or don’t get a dog if you’re leaving them alone all day, especially if you resort caging them.

@FFT1776 None of that is funny. Most dogs do that stuff because dogs hate being alone and/or they’re not getting enough exercise. You can’t lock a high-energy border collie up in a crate all day. These “problem” dogs get dumped off at shelters for bad behavior that is not their fault
