When she arrived she couldn’t walk 10 yards. He skin would fall out in clumps. She was too tired to do anything. Cindy had no dignity.

I know many might say she is “just a street dog in Thailand” but I think she represents a little more. Cindy is all of us at various stages in life. Struggling. Finding it hard to find a way out of her hole. Cindy is proof that things do change.

Cried with laughter 24 years ago at #TheRoyleFamily Xmas special, cried with laughter again tonight. Grandmother (Liz Smith) an underrated comedy powerhouse got me lightheaded twice. Losing Caroline Aherne in 2016 aged 52 remains one of biggest losses to comedy of all time.
