So because ebay authentication didn't suck enough they are now letting buyers create returns even though the item passed inspection. I mean isn't that literally the point of this thing existing? I have had 2 in the last week so this is not an isolated incident.

@askebay I have a buyer-initiated "Item Not as Described" return on a card that went through eBay Authentication. I thought the purpose of authentication was to verify the item before it reached the buyer. Could someone please take a look at this for me?
