@British_Airways I read every regulation there is related to India, Canada and UK on each government website and I had all the paperwork required for this travel.! I have logged a complaint, I hope @British_Airways can do something about my case and everyone who has been affected in a similar way

I even have a conflicting email from your customer care agent saying that I can travel. You have no intent for making critical information accessible!

@British_Airways @British_Airways I had all the correct documentation to travel. I was denied boarding due to some regulation that is not mentioned on the government websites of any of the countries involved in my travel. My flight was Mumbai to Toronto via London. I did my research.
