@opodo Manage my bookings doesn't do anything - doesn't offer me refund, and my flights apparently are still happening - doesn't say they are cancelled which SAS have confirmed two weeks ago! Have been trying to get in touch with you since then and flight is supposed to be this morning

@NyaraiMwana @opodo_truth @opodo I got a text saying I'm supposed to leave in the next few hours but I know my original flight for tomorrow had been cxld and confirmed by the airline. Been trying over the past few weeks and no one answers call to get a refund.
