@kprather88 I haven’t had one but I was a recovery room RN. Tips from my patients: If they haven’t given you one, get something like this. It helps with pain a LOT. You can freeze water bottles to put in it instead of using up ice cubes. From me: take your stool softeners. Trust me

@RadCentrism @scotub Thank you. My Dad was pretty healthy for his age & was running half marathons multiple times a year so a post covid clot is the only thing that makes sense to me. I’m an RN so I definitely remember it being a “bad flu season” as well. Anecdotally I heard of a lot of “severe flus”

@shannonrwatts The Covid vaccine is not available to make an appointment for on the cvs website. There’s a banner that says that an updated one is coming any day and they will be available then. I really wanted the updated one but I may try to find the old one just to have something.
