Our new PDSA 🙌☺️ our Broset violence checklist has gone up at seclusion. Why wait two hours to review someone? We use seclusion as a last resort and we aim to keep the amount of time in seclusion to the absolutise minimum! Well done to @amylhodgkins taking the lead on this #QI
