So excited to share that DeepPrep is now online in @naturemethods! 🚀 It’s 10× faster than the SOTA pipeline and more robust in handling clinical cases. We’ve just released v25.1.0 with a concise GUI and support for both Win and Linux. Give it a try! 📷 https://t.co/So57Nvu7JC
Wrote this piece for @NatureNV building on the landmark study by @emilyjacobs@laura_pritschet. The pregnant brain appears to run through a program of change preparing for birth and beyond… but most importantly, this is a call for more research! 🗣️ cheers @HollyASmith_488
How do the functional networks in the #brain change at the beginning of human life? Longitudinal perinatal #fMRI study of 140 babies by @LLanxin@moriahphd &co reveals regionally specific changes in #NeuralConnectivity at the birth transition #PLOSBiology https://t.co/hZCqCoGeKf
This study dives into how functional brain circuits change across birth transition from fetal to neonatal life. Some networks show dramatic growth shifts around birth, while others remain in a gradual increase.💡 #BrainDevelopment#fMRI
@Iris_Mn @bart_larsen As a speaker, I'll be sharing our findings from fetal and infant multi-echo fMRI, showing how brain iron changes through pre- to post-natal development. With nearly a decade in the neuroimaging field, presenting at OHBM has always been a dream. Absolutely thrilled!
Just got a fantastic news that our symposium proposal, "Exploring the Role of Brain Iron Across the Lifespan," has been chosen for #OHBM2024 in Seoul! Honored to collaborate with Drs. @Iris_Mn , @bart_larsen, Harald Möller, Ashley Parr, and Chaoyue Wang on this exciting endeavor.
This work investigats the link between iron and neural activity in infant brains using multi-echo fMRI. Surprisingly, neural activity in DMN areas is strongly connected to iron accumulation across the entire brain.
