@AHS_Warranty Still not working, but now when we called to get another ETA (10 months later!) we are told it was fixed in February 1 (it wasn't) and the status is closed. No one EVER came. It still doesn't work, and we never even paid the $800 you told us we would need for fix. Lies.

@AHS_Warranty Luckily my heater works because we have a home warranty with you…our AC broke in July of 2023 and it is still not fixed! It was a hot few months with my kids for sure!

We still do not have a working AC, no date, no calls back. Nothing. Today they said the diagnosis was “approved”. The diagnosis we have known own since July. Horrible.
