I’m rarely cross but @ocado have lost a long standing loyal customer this morning. At 38 weeks pregnant I’ve had to disinfect my kitchen and throw away a lot of food as a raw chicken had smashed across my shopping. Called customer service & got a half hearted apology and refund
@Ocado And yes, I’m only one customer but I represent the silent majority who don’t complain and put up with things for a while. I won’t feature in your NPS or your sentiment analysis but I am confident I’m not the only one who feels this way
I teach marketing and customer experience to students, professionals and executives every year and I always hold @ocado up as an example of best practice and have done for Mandy many years. Standards have been declining for a while but this is what has done it for me
