Drogheda said No to the Far Right today. With a population of 40,956, Drogheda boycotted the anti-immigrant protest at Scotch Hall. No more than 300 people attended, and by my reckoning, at least half of them were not from the town. It was an abysmal failure for the far right,

Cllr. Callan was responding to me when I asked him if he wanted to comment on an email sent to him from Kenneth Grace, asking him not to vote in "support of 14 victims of unimaginable child sexual abuse".
Do not vote for us, vote for Bro Garvey. We refuse to be used by you, we have been used by too many people. You should be ashamed of yourself. I pray none of your people ever experience what we have.
