European Election Candidates - If elected, will you protect people from being ripped off by Viagogo and other secondary ticket sellers?

Viagogo is making legal argument to the Irish Government that their constitutional property rights would be breached if it became illegal to charge people multiples of the original ticket price. If a referendum is needed to stop ripping people off, let's have a referendum.
