Transnational Project Meeting in Frankfurt
On 16–17 Sept, we held the first in-person LMI4VET Transnational Meeting in Frankfurt with 22 participants from 5 countries! Two days of workshops, experience exchange & visits to local third-sector orgs to inspire our networks.

As summer starts, IWAK hosted the Hessian Future Dialogue 2025, a key event on securing labour & workforce development in Hesse.

On November 26, 2024, we held the virtual kick-off meeting for the LMI4VET project with our 10 partners from Spain, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, and Romania

The LMI4VET project will:
📊 Analyze EU labour market intelligence tools and explore their use in VET
📚 Co-develop a methodological guide with social partners, based on surveys of our target groups
🎓 Design and implement an online training course and an AI-powered chatbot

Through this project, we will:
✅ Enhance the employability of vulnerable individuals
✅ Align VET curricula with labour market needs
✅ Improve information flows in the VET system to address economic cycles

LMI4VET aims to empower Third Sector Employment and Training Service Providers with guidelines and training on how to leverage labour market intelligence to better shape lifelong learning opportunities for people with fewer opportunities.
