Tonight has the most hours of darkness, making it the longest night of the year. But as always, our volunteers are here all night on the phones offering a little light in the dark for anyone who needs it.

@Katy_primary97 Yes — the little onesies are such a good idea! Our boy felt very sorry for himself for a couple of days, but overall he was totally fine. Just keep an eye on the stitches to make sure they don’t split; no jumping up etc. He’ll be back to himself super quick! 😊
@Catheri22243128 It has been brilliant! Think we’re going to make it a regular thing in our elective course. It has been so good for the combo of pupils (who haven’t worked together before) to get comfortable sharing things with each other; they’re just lovely. 😊👏🏻
@TheWeeBusiness1 This is my thinking. 😅 Our N5 paper was 2 hours 15 mins and I think our earliest leaver was about 47 minutes in. Can’t be changed now, but just so frustrating!
@TheWeeBusiness1 Thanks for the response! ☺️ I’m so curious about how others navigate this as some of my candidates this year left their prelims tremendously early. I have to wonder if their outcomes would be different without the option to leave early, or if it’s just a case of little revision.
@DavaPTG Thanks, Mrs Chapman! 🥰 Such a great wee class and a bunch of them are returning for N4/5 qualifications next year which is so exciting. It’s days like today which make it all worthwhile. ☺️
@KirstyJack9 We were having so many chats about our purpose(s) as the team are making their first subject choices this term; they were chatting to each other so genuinely, melted my heart. ☺️
Happy #WorldReligionDay🫶🏻🌍The world is so much more than the everyday, & the greatest adventure of life is opening the mind to infinite possibilities. What a joy it is to witness those sparks of discovery in young people & grown ups alike! We have so much learning still to do…
