@Wix Hi there. Are you able to confirm that my plan has been changed? I am still able to see my shop/process orders. Will this disappear when the plan renews? I don't want to be charged for the incorrect plan.
@HMRCcustomers Literally just said that I can't get through on phone, it keeps hanging up. And there's technical difficulties with the chat, so it's not available.

@virginmedia absolutely appalled that you're going to cut off my phone service in 14 days when I've never missed a payment. Shame on you virgin! About time to look for new phone provider!
@virginmedia One was 28th Oct and another 3rd Nov. However this has been going on for almost a year!!! On FRIDAY my service will be cut off (WHILE I AM STILL PAYING!!!)
@virginmedia They assure me a new one will be sent, however am not happy about it as happy with the EE one I have. Virgin service is awful, so fear I won't get what I actually pay for!
