Pay attention on how you feel,how your emotional,mental and spiritual state is after a few days when you have had sex with someone.

The type of people you have been having sex with could be the reason why you are the way you are and why you are in the position you are in.

Some people are takers... and they know it.(Kahle kahle bayathwala ngawe and suck all your energy,and use it to advance themselves)

Some people are givers(topic for another day....)but in essence you get a positive energy boost for days...and they sure know how to give!.

Just be very mindful on who you give it too and be very particular and picky,trust your intuition.Which I hope has been trained and cultivated enough to discern good and bad energy.

Because your mere sight ,preference,standards and choices based on your mere checklist will betray you..
