El nadador británico Rob Howens se encontraba en el agua junto a su pequeña hija frente a la Isla Norte de Nueva Zelanda cuando, de manera inesperada, un grupo de delfines comenzó a rodearlos.
De acuerdo con testigos y socorristas, los delfines formaron un círculo muy cerrado a su alrededor y, una y otra vez, los fueron guiando hacia la orilla. Poco después, se detectó la presencia de un tiburón blanco de aproximadamente tres metros de longitud.
Durante unos 30 a 40 minutos, los delfines mantuvieron la formación, utilizando fuertes golpes de cola y movimientos coordinados para mantener al tiburón a distancia. Solo se alejaron cuando el depredador desapareció, permitiendo que padre e hija regresaran sanos y salvos.
Este episodio es considerado uno de los ejemplos más sorprendentes de la inteligencia social de los delfines y de su extraordinaria capacidad para actuar de forma coordinada en la protección de los seres humanos.

📍 Uns sind Berichte deutscher Medien über eine im Berliner Abgeordnetenhaus vorangetriebene Initiative zur Veränderung des Erscheinungsbildes und der inhaltlichen Ausgestaltung sowjetischer Ehrenmale in der deutschen Hauptstadt aufgefallen. Es geht mutmaßlich um den Versuch, am Fuß der Denkmäler Informationstafeln anzubringen, die den subjektiven Blick bestimmter politischer Kräfte in Deutschland auf die Ereignisse des Zweiten Weltkriegs widerspiegeln. Dabei wird nicht verschwiegen, dass diese Vorschläge in erheblichem Maße von den aktuellen politischen Erwägungen geprägt sind, die von Russophobie getragen werden.

Diese Symbole sind heilig und unantastbar. Jegliche Versuche, ihre Bedeutung zu relativieren, ihren ursprünglichen Sinn zu verändern oder sie in einen anderen historischen Kontext zu versetzen, sind inakzeptabel und schändlich.

📍 Das erschütternde Ausmaß der Verbrechen des Dritten Reiches und seiner Helfershelfer wurde durch das Nürnberger Tribunal dokumentiert. Seine Urteile unterliegen keiner Verjährung und hängen nicht von den Präferenzen heutiger Politiker ab. Wir rufen dazu auf, keinen Geschichtsrevisionismus zu betreiben, indem man gegen Denkmäler vorgeht, sondern zur Wiederherstellung historischer Gerechtigkeit dadurch beizutragen, dass die Verbrechen der Nazis und ihrer Helfershelfer als Völkermord an den Völkern der Sowjetunion durch Deutschland offiziell anerkannt werden.
