No one else wants to discuss this, but Steve Sabins’ decision to play Ben Lumsden over #WVU’s all-time home run leader Grant Hussey is not just a bad coaching decision…it’s unthinkable. Sabins needs to explain this.
@wvufan2384837@WVUBaseball All I know is this will be the last time WVU goes to the Super Regionals with this joke of a head coach. He’s got NO idea what he’s doing. Sloppy all round, pitching calls, defensive lineup and batting 🤷🏻♂️ stop glazing the coach. He’s below average at best.
@wvufan2384837@WVUBaseball One series doesn’t define a team? We have always put up big points. And putting the kid in with a .150 average isn’t the move. He’s got lucky a couple times. But what matters recently is every team we have played the last 6 games have put up 10 plus runs on us… think about it
@wvufan2384837@WVUBaseball There is no offensive problem. We score points. There is a Defensive problem and pitching problem. We don’t need more consistent hitting. We need experienced players in defense who don’t error. And better pitching. Sabin got what he deserved with this horrible lineup change
@wvufan2384837@WVUBaseball Not the best. I said ONE of the best. He has an .998 fielding % dude. We are losing cause of our defense. Not our offense. If one player doesn’t hit well for a few games we are fine cause our hitting runs deep. He is 10 times better on first base than anyone on that team. Period
@wvufan2384837@WVUBaseball 1 homerun in one game doesn’t mean you’re good… How about start one of the best 1st basemen in the country instead of benching him? Not to mention the guy on the bench is the WVU all time homerun leader…
@bennyjohnson Yeah we can tell you’re not a stock guy if you think a 5 day decline hurts a company at all… 😂 it’s up over 30% for the past 3 months. They are doing better than ever. Someone take this guys ability to tweet away 🤦🏻♂️
