A3- I really enjoyed the self assessment. Not only did it provide an opportunity to find your strengths, it also showed how you can effectively lead with those strengths. It’s not enough to just know what you are good at! #ed634

A2I think it’s important to work on both. Make your strengths be something that you are an expert on-work on your weaknesses so you have a solid background of them as well. Figuring those weaknesses out and surrounding yourself with people that can help in that area is key #ed634
